The Duncan House Bed and Breakfast is just ten minutes south of Lexington. We are located minutes from Keeneland and the Bluegrass Airport as well as many anitque shops, local eateries and historical homes. The following detailed directions will get you to the Duncan House from anywhere in the bluegrass region. If you need directions from a specific location, we'd be happy to provide them to you.

From Keeneland or Bluegrass Airport:
Take Man-O-War Blvd. straight out of Keeneland's main entrance, past the Bluegrass Airport or turn right as you exit the airport. Follow Man-O-War Blvd. to Nicholasville Rd. (US 27) intersection. Turn right toward Nicholasville. US27 will split to the Bypass and to the Business District. At this intersection you will see the Golden Corral on your right. Turn left toward Nicholasville Business District. The Duncan House is 1.1 miles on your left.

From I-75 South:
Take Exit 104 (Richmond Rd or Hwy 418). Turn left toward Lexington, approximately 3 ½ miles to Man-O-War Blvd. On Man-O-War Blvd turn left, follow approx 5 ½ miles to Nicholasville Road (US 27). Turn left onto Nicholasville Road. US 27 will split to the Bypass and to the Business District. At this intersection you will see the Golden Corral on your right. Turn left toward Nicholasville Business District. The Duncan House Bed and Breakfast is 1.1 miles on your left.
(Scenic Route- Take Exit 90B. Turn left, you will travel back over I 75 to the first stop light. Take a left onto S. Keeneland Dr. Follow S. Keeneland until it dead ends at US 169. Turn right and follow US169 right to Main Street, Nicholasville. You will travel along a beautiful country road through meadows; pass by the palisades and cross the Kentucky River on the Valley View Ferry, the oldest continuous operating business in Kentucky. When you reach Main Street, turn right to the Duncan House Bed and Breakfast. This route will take an extra 10 minutes more than taking Exit 104.)

From I-75 North:
Take Exit 115 (Newtown Pike or Hwy 922). Turn right onto US 922. Follow for approx. 1 ½ miles to New Circle Rd. (Circle 4). Turn right onto New Circle Rd. Follow to Exit 19, the Nicholasville Rd. Exit. (New Circle Road circles Lexington so the exit numbers will be decreasing but will circle around to Exit 19, so don't panic!) Turn right from Exit 19 onto Nicholasville Rd. (US 27). Approximately ½ miles you will intersect Man-O-War Blvd. Continue straight (south) on US 27 for about 7 miles. US 27 will split to the Bypass and to the Business District. At this intersection you will see the Golden Corral on your right. Turn left toward Nicholasville Business District. The Duncan House Bed and Breakfast is 1.1 miles on your left.

From Blue Grass Parkway:
From Blue Grass Parkway, turn right onto US 60. Follow US 60 to Man-O-War Blvd. The Blue Grass Airport will be on your right at this intersection. Turn right onto Man-O-War Blvd. for approx 5 miles to US 27. Turn right onto US 27 (Nicholasville Rd.) US 27 will split to the Bypass and to the Business District. At this intersection you will see the Golden Corral on your right. Turn left toward Nicholasville Business District. The Duncan House Bed and Breakfast is 1.1 miles on your left.

From I-64 East:
Take Exit 108 (Man-O-War Rd. Exit). Turn right onto Man-O-War Blvd. for approx. 8 miles to US 27. Turn left onto US 27 (Nicholasville Rd.) US 27 will split to the Bypass and to the Business District. At this intersection you will see the Golden Corral on your right. Turn left toward Nicholasville Business District. The Duncan House Bed and Breakfast is 1.1 miles on your left.
